The Competent Authority, the Commissioner of State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State, shall be the authority for Centralized Admission Process (CAP) and shall direct the students as per their allotment through CAP to all institutions. The Commissioner of State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State displays the cut-off list for all CAP Round I, II, III. All the decisions taken in relation to Admission to First/ Direct Second Year of Full Time Professional Undergraduate Pharmacy Course, by the Competent Authority shall be final and binding on all concerned institutions and students. The Competent Authority, the Commissioner of State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State publish a notice for Online Registration, Scanning & uploading of documents, document verification and Application Form Confirmation at Facilitation Centers (FC), Filling and confirmation of Option Form Self ARC for confirmation of admission, reporting to institute by Candidates aspiring for admission for 4 years Full Time Under Graduate Courses in Engineering and Technology (B. Pharmacy) on its official web portal. First Year B. Pharmacy Cut Off List is displayed on official website https://ph2023.mahacet.org/StaticPages/HomePage. First Year Pharmacy or B. Pharmacy admission process is conducted in online mode. All information is provided by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State on the official website of http://cetcell.mahacet.org/

Preparation of Merit List and Cut Off List for First Year B. Pharmacy Admission 2023-24 :

All the eligible Candidates who have participated in CAP and submitted Online Application Form on or before the last date shall be assigned a merit number. First Year B. Pharmacy Cut Off List is displayed on official website https://ph2023.mahacet.org/StaticPages/HomePage. 

The merit list as per MHT-CET 2023 shall be prepared on the basis of mark of the Candidate in the MHT-CET 2023 conducted by the Competent Authority or marks or score secured in any other examination conducted by the concerned appropriate authority for the purpose of admission to these
Courses.

Provided that, in case of tie, the relative merit of different Candidatures shall be resolved in the following order of preference and the methodology as specified below, –

1. Higher marks or score in Mathematics or Biology at CET;
2. Higher marks or score in Physics at CET;
3. Higher marks or score in Chemistry at CET;
4. Higher percentage of marks in Physics, Mathematics or Biology and Chemistry added together at Board or qualifying examination;
5. Higher percentage of marks in the subject Mathematics or Biology at HSC;
6. Higher percentage of marks in the subject Physics at HSC.
7. Higher percentage of marks in aggregate in HSC.

The merit list for the NRI /OCI / PIO and Foreign Students Candidates stated at rule and Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries shall be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology added together at Qualifying examination:

Provided that, in case of tie, the relative merit of Candidates shall be resolved in the following order of preference and the methodology as specified below, —

1. Higher percentage of marks in the subject Mathematics or Biology at HSC;
2. Higher percentage of marks in the subject Physics at HSC;
3. Higher percentage of marks in Aggregate at HSC.
